BREAKFAST
Kraft Single Extra light cheese - 2 keping
Telur goreng tanpa minyak ( kalo leh pakai non stick pan la ) - 1 biji
LUNCH
Chicken grilled ( lean ) tanpa kulit tau - 1 1/4 pcs
KFC Garden Salad - 1 cup
DINNER
Sweet sour fish fillet - 1/2 cup
Cauliflower & green pepper ( stir-fried ) - 1 cup
SLIMMING PLAN NO.2
BREAKFAST
Tuna in water - 2 ozs
Egg ( hard boiled) - 1 biji
LUNCH
Salmon ( water packed ) - 3 ozs
Carrot ( Stir-fried ) - 1/2 cup
DINNER
Steamed taufu & onion - 1 bowl
Vegetable soup ( cabbage,celery.green pepper,tomato )- 1 cup

TODAY GOOD NEWS MY WEIGHT LOSS ANOTHER 300g...hehehehe..not much but i feel happy for myself.....dont expect to much weight loss as long as decreasing....its better!!
TODAY I WORKOUT ANOTHER 60MIN USING TREADMILL....HEHEHEHE....5KM , 300 calories burn...LETIH GILE DIBUATNYE...NI MASUK HARI YANG KEDUA DAH AKU MENGUNAKANNYE DALAM TAHUN 2009 SETELAH 2 TAHUN HUBBY AKU MEMBELINYE UNTUK AKU..HUHUHUHU...
