SOUP OF THE DAY


RAMUAN-RAMUAN DIET SOUP :-

1 CABBAGE ( small )
2 LARGE ONIONS ( bawang besar )
2 TOMATOES
2 GREEN PEPPERS
2 STALK CELERY
2 CHICKEN BREAST ( buang kulit )

PUT ALL VEGETABLES IN A BIG POT AND COVER WITH WATER , COOK FOR 30MINUTES , ADD IN TOMYAM FLAVOR OR SOME PEPPER....


OK CUBA JANGAN TAK CUBA !!!! SESUAI UNTUK MAKAN TENGAHARI DAN MALAM....PASTIKAN MAKAN MALAM JANGAN LEWAT SANGAT..PALING LEWAT PUN JAM 9 MLM ...SELAMAT MENCUBA....HIDUP TANPA LEMAK BERLEBIHAN......
